Honeycrisp – Minnesota, USA 1991

The Honeycrisp has been called the King of Apples and has been rated superior to McIntosh and Delicious for fresh eating in taste tests. Skin is mottled red over yellow with very crisp flesh. Good keeper up to 5 months.

Uses: Fresh Eating
